Basement Remodel
My wife and I just purchased a home. The home has an unfinished daylight lower level that is just under 1000 square feet. Our plan is to use this space for our needs as professional musicians. In brief it will house a grand piano as part of a rehearsal space, a writing studio/office/relax space, storage shelving, and a sauna. We need help with designing/dividing the space and of course the buildout. It currently has a cement floor and is dry walled.
