Bathroom Addition and Flooring Work
Add bathroom upstairs. It is not pre-plumbed, so you will need to run water and drain pipes. Electric is readily accessible, and we have a preferred electrician. No bathtub but will need shower (tiled with glass door), single sink with marble top to match others in home, and toilet. "Luxury vinyl" plank flooring. We probably will have vanity made to match other cabinetry in the house but are open to other options for this room. Likely bathroom will fit in large existing closet, and we will want to build a replacement storage area/closet if this is how we proceed. Should have ready access to water as laundry is below and close by.
If we find the right fit, we will proceed promptly, with a deadline for completion of June 7.
