Remodel Basement
1. Demolish the existing internal structure, determine any moisture or mold, and seal previous mice entry points.
2. Replace the drop ceiling with a new ceiling, recessed lighting, carpet, and desk areas.
3. New drywall and add storage closets.
Timeframe to start project mid-June.
Site available to complete price bid after June 7th.
