From other neighbors near us, there have been problems with soil sliding from the original slope the property is built on. These homes were built in the 1970s approximately. There was not a location to list what type of issue/construction we have looming. Our concern is due to erosion of our backyard property line, so a retaining wall is needed first, and then we will need some type of fence on top of the retention area.
