Design & Build 800sf Home Addition
NOTES:
Wants to do addition to rear of home. Current home doesn't have a basement so when tornado sirens go off no where to go. Wants to add basement. Want an additional living space-bedroom/living space with the addition.
MOTIVATION:
Did a lot of exterior work over the last few months on existing home and feels like it's time to move on to adding some space to give his sister room to stay with him as she gets older because she is having some issues.
