Walmart would like to hold a family movie night over two upcoming evenings aug 21 and 22 2020. we have carefully and thoughtfully designed the (two) evenings to be entirely “contactless.” the program is private and by invitation only and therefore pre-ticketed.as the movie screening(s) will take place in our own parking lot on our commercial/private property and as the invited attendees are not exiting their parked vehicles to watch the movie this eliminates any possibility of there being a “gathering” or a “crowd formation” of any sort. people will all remain in their vehicles at all times. every guest attending the movie must remain in a vehicle to respect social distancing safety regulations. there will be no standing or sitting outside of vehicles allowed (security to enforce) setting up chairs and sitting outside of the vehicle is not allowed (security to enforce) to enter the “viewing area ” each pre-ticketed vehicle must have an e-mailed electronic ticket e-tickets will be scanned via a contactless scanning procedure through closed car windows. walmart security parking staff will be on-site to assist attendees with parking their vehicles and to help with any questions or concerns. the only persons that will be allowed outside the vehicles are our 6 walmart security and 8 walmart greeters who will be scanning the e-tickets and assisting with the exit procedure at 9:30 all walmart security and all walmart greeters will be supplied with and wear approved ppe at all times. the program time is from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. restrooms and food if desired will available inside the store where it is business as usual. we will have 5 small (10’ x 10’) back-of-house pop-up tents to store supplies.(not for people) no generator is needed. (movie truck has its own on-board power). no amplified sound. all sound for the movie will come through your car radio
