Bathroom Renovation
The bathroom renovation scope includes:
-disconnect & remove existing bath toilet, vanity, and corian top to basement.
-Demo the existing 12x10 existing bathroom tile floor, tiled walls, and tiled shower to trash.
Demonstrate existing electrical fixtures, GWB walls, and ceilings to trash.
Demonstrate the piece of the adjacent laundry room sink (as shown on demo sketch) to trash.
-frame new acrylic 60x30 walk-in shower unit per new floor plan.
-frame new adjacent laundry room utility sink area.
Install new plumbing and electrical per new bathroom floor plan.
-install new insulation, GWB, & plaster.
Install new bathroom plumbing, lighting, and cabinetry fixtures provided by the owner (presently purchased & on site) per new floor plan.
-finish trim & paint.
