Basement Remodel
Unfinished basement renovation with the following:
1 Kitchenette.
1 Pantry.
1 Bathroom.
1 Laundry Room.
1 Small electrical room.
2 Small Rooms.
3 Closets.
1 Stairwell.
Storage space under stairs.
Unfortunately, the previous contractor was given all of the original printed plans, and the drawings with the dimensions/measurements. We currently do not have the printed blueprints. This is a list of the details. Please let me know if I need to provide anymore information:
-Complete all of the electrical receptacles, outlets, sockets and ceiling lights to meet all applicable NJ state code.
-Repair all electrical and plumbing to meet all applicable NJ state code.
-Finish installing flooring, and repair all areas that need to be repaired, finished, and corrected.
