Landscape Work
The project includes installing grass in three areas of the backyard and one in the front yard, all with irrigation. A driveway extension and new concrete steps leading to the front door will be added, featuring a lip overhang and built-in solar lights on the vertical face of each step. Irrigation will also be installed for raised garden beds intended for trees, bushes, and vegetables.
On the side yard, a 5' to 10' concrete pathway extension is planned, along with a concrete pad approximately 9'x9' for a future hot tub. Two new trees will be planted—one in the front yard and one in the back.
The pathways shown in the design will be 3' wide, made of gravel with flagstone stepping stones, and will follow a meandering layout as drawn. They will be bordered with brick edging. The central ...
