Multiple Residential Repair/Remodeling
My husband passed away last month. I cannot afford to keep up the house and need to sell. We've lived in it for 17 years, and I need to fix it up with limited funds. The most important issues are a new bedroom door and replacing baseboards in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. There is one piece of sheetrock in the garage the mice have chewed on only on the bottom third. If funds allow, I may also want an estimate on painting the inside of the house. It is your basic Hayden Homes 2-bed, 1-bath house.
Most available during the noon hour or after 5:30 pm when I get home from work.
