Build: Home Addition
Home originally built in 1960 with remodels in 2008 and again in 11/2019. I already have complete architectural plans drawn by a Dallas based architect that I am able to send out to assist in a bid. In essence, the plans show some remodel work as well as a new addition to existing floorplan that keeps the home at one story.
