Flatwork Concrete
Concrete work for a driveway pad that is 50 feet wide and 50 feet deep. Exisiting conditions are a gravel over compacted clay soils. Minimal sloping. The property has a 15 foot deep right of way in favor of the county along the street frontage of the parcel. County will require the installation of 40+ feet, 12 inch culvert along the street frontage. I will have plans available for submission within the next two weeks. There is other site work, including a 40 foot, 3ft high retaining wall removal and installation, 120 feet of 8 foot cinder block fence installation. Some grading.
