Renovation of a 1955 construction duplex.
- installation of one drain line for a washer on main floor, approximately 5 feet. Will tie into existing 2” line, shared with bathroom vanity sink on adjacent wall. Will need new valves.
- installation of double vanity sink and faucets for new 60” vanity on main floor. Will need new valves.
- relocation of toilet in upper floor bathroom. Installation of new drain, within close proximity (less than two feet) to plumbing chase with 3” drain line. New copper hood and good have been installed within the chase. Removal of old toilet drain. Will need new valves.
