New home
We want to build a 1697 sq. ft. home on my land. I have a plan I picked out, number 80802 on the internet.
I will take a screen shot.
We do not want tray ceilings but our son who will live there is 6'5" so a good ceiling (9 ft?) will suffice. He has two young children, so the house should be basic.
The land is LOT 3 on our farm at 295 West Nickajack. We already have water but no electricity or septic.
Our land has a 50 feet road flag with some two 90 degree angles. We will need a gravel driveway.
