Plumbing Work
There appears to be water leaking from multiple areas beneath the deck of the house. The home is elevated on pillars, with the plumbing located underneath. Due to concerns about possible flooding, the township and a plumber have held off turning the water on, as there may be one or more ruptured pipes. The plumbing is original to the home, which was built in 1986.
I’m currently living at my other property in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and will need to travel to the shore property in Forked River for an evaluation and estimate. Because the drive takes about two hours, I’d appreciate a confirmed date and time a few days in advance — ideally between 12 noon and 2 PM.
