Wall and Water Ingress Repair
One of my exterior walls seeps water into the house when it rains. There is a slab of concrete attached to the bottom of the wall outside and a metal roof over it that has cracked. There’s a garden bed (nothing planted in it) against that wall as well that needs to be removed, and drainage from the roof may need to be addressed too.
