Hardwood floors in brand new .
Not physically able to do any type of work. Wants to preserve the house because to it's original, but there's more that needs to be repaired/remodeled/replaced
Landscaping/yard
Modern lighting
Windows or just close the space all together
Ceiling has to be replaced, custom
Kitchen
Kitchen island because people don't eat at a table anymore
