Whole Home Remodel
Our house caught fire in late June. The restoration company has gutted it and is just pushing insurance to allow for soda blasting. We would like to start construction in early November.
Due to smoke damage, it is down to it's studs. I can send what the insurance adjustor sent but w/o pricing because I don't know how much restoration will cost at this point and also want the best deal. Along with insurance documentation, I can send a list of the projects required and the ones that are wished for. It really is a clean slate.
I have had a hard time with contractors giving me a complete, line by line estimate which I would love to see.
