Multiple Residential Repair/Remodeling
I live in a brownstone. I have a wood plank floor on my ground level; however, it is the ceiling for my cellar. I can see through cracks between planks, and dust is coming up into the ground floor level. I would like the cracks sealed, the wood sanded, and reinforced. I want a rustic look. As well, I would like a sealant on the cement floor in the basement.
