Basement and Garage Remodel
This is a small home, but it is situated on the ocean. The front part of the house is on the sand, and the back part has a driveway in grass. The house is 24 feet wide and 42 feet long and sits on a series of cement pylons every 8 feet around the perimeter. In between the pylons, there are semi permanent walls and cinderblocks, which come up roughly halfway up. At the front part of the house, on the garage side, there are two garage doors. We would like to finish the exterior walls to make them permanent, and then split the basement up into two sections. The front section would be the garage, and the back section would be just a utility or a game room that would be about 24 x 20.
