My shower upstairs is leaking downstairs. I know this because the baseboard in my downstairs bathroom directly underneath the upstairs bathroom have water seeping through. The carpet also is wet. The water is not coming directly through the ceiling but down the wall and through the baseboard. The carpet right outside the bathroom is also wet. My kitchen sink is clogged; there is no trap inside or outside that I can find; I tried using a hand-cranked snake; it's hard for me to even try; I have COPD; I noticed in the backyard a pipe at ground level with a screwed cap; for the kitchen sink to the pipe, it's around 12 feet; I put the hose in and turned it on; no flooding; again, the kitchen pipe go's threw wall, then straight down; no trap's that I see.
