Roofing
My current asphalt roof is 19 years old and in good condition. My homeowner's insurance is not renewing policies, so I need a new insurance company. Talking with the few companies willing to write policies in my zip code, none are willing to insure a 19-year-old roof no matter what condition it's in.
The living space is 1548 sq ft, and there is an attached two-car garage. There is one fireplace and a small flat metal roof adjacent to the pool enclosure.
