Septic and Plumbing Work
We have two projects:
1. Repair of a 100x18' houseboat plumbing system. Basically we aren't getting good water pressure.
2. Repair of a 1800 sq. ft. home damaged by hurricane Ian. The connections to the well from house, bladders, Sulphur evaporator, etc. all needs to be redone.
We do not pay a premium for island work as its no more time than st james city so make sure any bidders are aware of that.
Both projects are on an island 200 feet from shore. We provide transportation and the travel time is 4 minutes.
