I need a new septic tank installed in back yard. Currently one exists in front yard, but current St Louis county regulations require larger drain field which can only happen in back yard. Sytem replacement is requirement of pending house sale. So, contract with payment to occur at house closing with work to commence sometime after house sells. (i.e., contractor paid from house sale proceeds before starting work).
