thrid floor dormer expansion in a high pitched roof
I am exploring a possible dormer addition to my home in Gulfport.
I'm exploring various options for the build and costs. The addition is
about 500 sqft. Two rooms basically get duplicated on a third floor in a high pitched metal roof. The hose blueprints are available. The house was rebuilt in 2001 and metal roof in 2004. It is a FEMA approved elevated home that passed all Gulfport flood plans with recent permits approved on exterior staircase projects.
