Construct a new 2,200 sq. ft. residence with the following specifications:
Driven piles and pile caps.
24" square concrete columns supporting an elevated concrete slab (FFE 11'-0").
CMU exterior walls with wood-framed interior walls and roof structure.
Impact-rated windows and doors.
Standing seam metal roof.
Central HVAC system.
200-amp electrical service.
PVC and CPVC plumbing systems.
Gas water heater and range.
Drywall interior finishes.
Stucco and Hardie board exterior finishes.
