Basement Finishing
Markos Construction  Project completed by Markos Construction
Finish out basement for newly constructed home. Approx 500 sf, one staircase, one small standing bathroom. We just moved in our newly constructed home and would like to complete our unfinished basement. It's about 644sf. We would like a small standing shower bathroom (attached a photo of what we like). Please note, plumbing drainage stub out connections are ready with the new construction. There's one staircase to finish and one mechanical room too enclose so probably approx 500sf added living space. Heating & cooling we can forego as we don't plan to always occupy and could do with space heater or window cooling units. If possible we may want an option to add electric floor heating if we can. I've attached a basic floor plan for your use. If you are interested in this project, please...

Bathroom Repair
Markos Construction  Project completed by Markos Construction
The bathroom is small. 95" X 57". It should be a quick and easy job for someone. There is a toilet and a sink on a floor that is just linoleum on a substrate. We need the toilet and sink pulled and a new substrate laid down and then ceramic tiled. And then the sink and toilet were replaced ... or perhaps new ones to update those elements. The challenge we have is that it is our only bathroom. So we need it done quickly and efficiently. We r hoping for around 4k We can speak this week. Please reach out if you can help. Thank you.

Bathroom Remodel
We have a very small bathroom and we need space. The claw foot is too big; the sink hangs over the toilet. It's just not user-friendly. If interested, please contact me. Thanks!
