This house was built in the 1960’s and has not had a complete electrical upgrade. Along the way, there have been some additions, individual room updates, panel upgrades, and service to roof upgrades. However, the service from the breaker panel to the house is not grounded in most areas, and there are no GFCI plugs in the wet areas. This house has an original kitchen, and two bathrooms have original fixtures; therefore, additional plugs are needed in most areas. At this time, we are preparing for a complete HVAC replacement and ductwork inspection/testing. The attic has been completely empty of all personal items in anticipation of these projects.
