I’m reaching out about a renovation project at our home in San Francisco. We’re expecting final permit approval around mid-August and are looking for a foundation and structural contractor who could begin work shortly after. The project includes a full foundation replacement beneath an 850 sq ft garage, with structural modifications to support a future ADU and an upstairs kitchen remodel.
