Foundation and Excavation
We have an addition project that I need to get a cost on from someone that does excavating and foundations.
This is a foundation with part of the new
foundation is using 3 1/2-inch helical pile support instead of a type stem wall. This is due to a tree in the backyard they are being required to keep by the city of San Jose. There are several concrete pieces separate from the helical pile installation. Please reach out if you're interested. Thanks!
