Fireplace Removal
This is primarily to see what it would cost to do this at this point before I could give an actual projected time frame to be completed.
My house is small, living room is small and the fireplace is wasted space. We do not use for heat (gas and wood burning). It is primarily used for holiday decoration. So I am wanting the brick from floor to ceiling removed, insulated, boarded, and sheetrocked like the fireplace was never there. As for the chimney, perfectly ok to leave it. I am just wanting to utilize the space to all its capabilities. If interested, please contact me. Thanks!
