Plumbing
This is a new home to be built on the western end of Gooby Road. Excavation and foundation work will start on September 8 and I want to talk to a plumber to get an idea for the cost for rough plumbing, and importantly where we need to concentrate on drain lines to go under the basement slab and where the stubouts need to be for drain lines and supply lines. We are working with Jack Walden to figure out the hydronic heating system and water heating requirements. If you are interested in this project, please reach out. Thank you!
