Foundation Assessment
There are still the concrete foundations from a previous house that burned down in the Tea Fire. I am planning on building new - not replicating the old house, but possibly reusing some of the foundation.
The first thing I need to have before going forward with design (I am an architect myself) is an assessment of the structural integrity/reusability of existing foundations. I need to know what needs to be done in order to build on or reuse in some degree part of the original foundation work.
I have an assessment that was done on the similar foundations of the neighbouring property (also burnt down in the same fire), which certifies them as reusable - with some modifications. I can provide that if it will help.
