Outdoor Balconies Repair
We have six condo units. Two are in an older building that is roughly 100 years old. The other four are in relatively new buildings that are almost 40 years old. The four newer condos have 2nd story outdoor balconies, three of which need to have their floors resurfaced. One of them also needs some repairs. Two of these pictures are from one of the smaller 2-bedroom condos, and the two of the balcony with the reddish floor are from one of the 3-bedroom condos. Only one of the 3-bedroom condo balconies needs resurfacing.
