This is a 1936 board-and-batten cottage owned by the Museum of Natural History. The front (south facing) has seriously peeled over the last few years; the last painting was in 2015. I'm looking for a skilled renovation of the entire exterior, including trim and windows and anything else we find along the way. I am prepared for the cost to be more than a quick painting job.
