Kitchen Remodel
Permit application Santa Cruz (including detailed drawings, see preliminary design attached)
Demo: Existing kitchen, countertop and backsplash (see picture), and kitchen wall (there's a double wall between the living and kitchen which we want to remove, essentially moving the kitchen back about 22 inches, and closing the wall at the living room side. see picture of double wall and existing kitchen attached)
Electrical: update breaker and wiring for induction stove (the existing panel has space for it), move 3 existing plugs in the kitchen, add 3 wired wall lights with dimmer switch, 2 wired lights from floating shelves with dimmer switch, 2 wired lights in the living with dimmer switch. total 7 lights
Plumbing: move plumbing for the sink about 1 ft (2 drains, from the wall), install new...
