The lot is bi-level. About 5 feet between levels. Front part of property is level with street. Back end drops down.
We are on a developed street...all utilities are in place at the street. We don't have any plans, yet. Attached is a pic of a floor plan we like. It's from a local development. Living space at the back end of the house is preferred so as to take advantage of the view of the canyon and hills behind us.
