- P0: Replace/upgrade electrical panel
- P0: Reset one GFCI master outlet
- P0: Replace another burned-out GFIC outlet
- P0: Remove refrigerator from GFCI outlet and move to dedicated circuit
- P0: Flickering lights in the second bedroom and bathroom
- P1: Potentially add 240V circuit for induction stove
- P1: Replace a couple non-GFCI outlets in living room with GFCI
- P2: Add outlet to top of stairs
- P3: Replace battery doorbell with wired doorbell
- P3: Replace rear balcony light fixture
- P3: Fix front balcony light fixture
- P4: Look into EV charger
