Custom Home Build
I am looking to buy land and build a custom brick home. I’d like the living quarters to be around 1800-1900 square feet. Would like the master bedroom on one side of the house and 2-3 bedrooms on the other side of the house. Preferably carpet in the bedrooms. Would like the house to be 2.5 - 3 bathrooms. Open concept of the living room and kitchen with an island. Would like 1-2 hall closets for storage (cleaning supplier/towels or blankets). Would like an attached 2 car garage where my truck could fit in it. As well with a carport that leads to garage. A few other ideas that I would like to talk to an agent for their opinion on a basement potential. It would help to get a few quotes prior to me purchasing the land for finance purpose.
I do have a property I'm looking at in Savannah TN...
