Custom Home Build
I have an existing house on a large plot of land. On the property there is an existing garage. The garage is a solidly built structure and commands a river view. The garage site also has a flat spot carved out which will make it easier to support construction (the land is very hilly). I have a plan to use the existing garage as part of the project. I have included some primitive drawing of the plan. They look especially odd because it is built on a hill and I haven't mastered the site contours. I am looking to build a modest but quality structure which takes advantage of the beauty of the site. The site has a 200 amp service, water and septic. There will be some hill-scapeing associated with the project.
