Family room remodel and potential addition
80’s addition to the original house was a family room. It needs to be gutted- new windows, ceiling, level floor. Also using the footprint to add a 3/4 bathroom.
Then I’d like information on the potential for an addition and room remodel. Addition would be where our current backyard deck is. About 300 square feet, with full bath and bedroom. Would need to relocate backyard door, add a few windows, add new deck. There would not be a bathroom in the family room with this option.
