2000sf home, 2 story, needs new roof and gutters

We have a whole-house roofing scheduled for mid-June and would like to have built a small roof extension over a portion of the back deck before that is done so they can tie the new roof in to the overhang. I think it will be a fairly small job, hopefully not requiring permitting (perhaps too small for your interest?). I'd estimate the size of the roof overhang we are looking for to be about 10 ft wide and 4 ft out over the deck. Can be bracketed to the side of the house or up on posts, open to your input. Roof asphalt tile replacement (existing one layer), assess intake/outtake needs (currently have 2 gable vents & 4 turtle puck exhaust units), plywood is in good condition, need carpenter on to assess and replace roof tail rafters for rot and install facia boards to receive gutters, assess 2 chimney conditions for tuck pointing, flashing, caps, sealing, new gutters and downspouts (upgrade to a larger 3x4 section?).
