2000sf home, 2 story, needs new roof and gutters

We have a whole-house roofing scheduled for mid-June and would like to have built a small roof extension over a portion of the back deck before that is done so they can tie the new roof in to the overhang. I think it will be a fairly small job, hopefully not requiring permitting (perhaps too small for your interest?). I'd estimate the size of the roof overhang we are looking for to be about 10 ft wide and 4 ft out over the deck. Can be bracketed to the side of the house or up on posts, open to your input.
