Residential Interior Buildout
900' residential interior buildout.
The floor plan was provided by Jim Spane. At this juncture and because of our construction financing budget, I'm seeking an estimate for the interior buildout exclusive of concrete foundation, roofing, trusses and rafters, windows and exterior walls.
In the estimate, please include cost of:
1) painted window casings and sills,
2) 3.5' colonial baseboard,
3) Masonite countertops
4) basic painted cabinets
5) 9' ceilings
6) basic light and plumbing fixtures
7) taped and textured drywall
8) same-color semi-gloss paint
