We just purchased this house and would like to remodel the kitchen before moving in. We would also like to switch to a propane range (currently the house is electric only - so a propane tank and plumbing for the propane would be necessary). Current thought is to put in a 48" or 60" gas range / double oven on the long wall (window side), which would involve removing some cabinets. The current spot where the electric stove / oven would be replaced with cabinets and countertop (which would help offset the loss of cabinets above). If funds allow, would like to also replace the electric hot water tank with a tankless propane hot water tank. Also replace wood fireplace with a propane gas insert.
