Basement Refinishing
Our basement was “half-ass” finished by the original owners in 1980. There is no HVAC, incorrect and missing insulation, and no egress window. It’s buggy and filled with cobwebs no matter how much we maintain it. The carpet is laid directly on top of the concrete. We want to tear down everything that’s there and start over. We want to have a bedroom, office, and living room area down there. We’ve gotten a few quotes. We don’t want to tap into our existing HVAC so we would need a separate unit for just the basement.
