Addition and Remodel
The project being bid is for an extension to this house, measuring 20' x 36' with 8' ceilings. I am asking all contractors to make their bid on the following materials: 16 sheets of mold-resistant drywall for the bathrooms and 84 sheets for the bedrooms. There is some additional work to be done once bids are in. We expect to have our next inspection by mid-month; then insulation will be done and inspected, and then drywall will be hung and finished. We hope to have occupancy by Nov. 30th.
