Residential Remodel
It's a full renovation of a small 840 sq foot home built in 1948. I am buying with a renovation loan. I am looking for a GC to oversee the project while my partner who is a custom remodeler does most of the work. We are trying to work as owner/builder with the GC helping.
I am available to speak with contractors this week. I have attached our preliminary budget to this email.
