Plumbing Work
The toilet in bathroom needs to be replaced. It is leaking in the front of the bowl (urin), and leaking from the tank (frest water) at the rear of the toilet. This toilet is a push button flush, about 4 years old.
Also the shower needs adjustment to allow hot water to flow out of the shower nozzle.
Kitchen sink also leaks. Have new faucet to replace.
