Seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors for the installation of a new concrete floor in an existing 18' x 25' (450 sq. ft.) metal workshop. The scope of work requires pouring a new slab over the existing asphalt floor. All bids must include the necessary preparation of the asphalt sub-base to ensure a durable overlay.

Concrete Strength: Minimum 3,500 PSI
Reinforcement: Integral fiber mesh
Finish: Light broom finish for a non-slip surface
Site Conditions:
The existing asphalt sub-base is stable and relatively level. The project site has clear and direct access for a standard ready-mix concrete truck.
